Slumberland Furniture is seeking an energetic and motivated Store Manager to lead our Mattoon location. This position is responsible for driving sales, developing employees, managing daily operations, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and coach a team of sales and support associates.
- Drive store sales and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop employees.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
- Ensure store operations meet company standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in retail, furniture, automotive, appliance, or commissioned sales preferred.
- Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate a team and achieve results.
- Computer proficiency and basic business math skills.
